In regards to open accounts with our company, we DO NOT set up open accounts or allow COD.  We do our best and usually fill all orders within 1 to 2 business days.  We maintain a good volume of inventory on most of our products.


Shipping Policies

We ship most orders United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Priority Mail (1-3 business days for delivery).  In contrast, on large orders $500+ or 20+ pounds we ship United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground (2-6 business days for delivery).  All orders ship with or without insurance, your choice.  Furthermore, we offer FREE shipping on qualified orders over $250.  In addition, we ship all orders complete.  Consequently we only ship to the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico (PR) and Military Bases around the world that have an APO or FPO address.  Subsequently, listed below are the shipping options.


USPS FREE Priority Mail:  Qualified orders over $250, we ship your order within 1-3 business days.  Be sure to enter a USPS deliverable address or P.O. Box Number.


USPS FREE Priority Mail + Insurance:  Qualified orders over $250, we insure and ship your order within 1-3 business days.  Be sure to enter a USPS deliverable address or P.O. Box Number.


USPS Priority Mail:  We ship your order within 1-3 business days.  Be sure to enter a USPS deliverable address or P.O. Box Number.


USPS Priority Mail + Insurance:  We insure and ship your order within 1-3 business days.  Be sure to enter a USPS deliverable address or P.O. Box Number.


UPS Ground:  We ship your order within 1-3 business days.  Be sure to enter a UPS deliverable address, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


UPS Ground + Insurance:  We insure and ship your order within 1-3 business days.  Be sure to enter a UPS deliverable address, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


USPS Express 2 Day Delivery:  We insure and ship your order within 1 business day (1-2 business days for delivery).  Be sure to enter a USPS deliverable address or P.O. Box Number.


Standard Shipping Rates

  • $1 to $45 – Shipping Charge $9
  • $45 to $100 – Shipping Charge $12
  • $100 to $180 – Shipping Charge $15
  • $180 to $250 – Shipping Charge $18
  • Over $250 – Shipping Charge FREE


Return Policies

You may ask to return any unused and unaltered item(s) within 30 days of purchasing for an exchange or a refund.   All items must be in sellable condition to be eligible for a refund.   A call to Customer Service or Technical Support at (843) 725-8890 may help you avoid an unnecessary return.

Authorization is required and returns are handled on a case by case basis.  Unless a return is authorized, any item(s) sent back will not be credited back and the customer will be liable for additional shipping to return the item.  Once a return authorization is issued, the item(s) must be returned within 7 days and must be in 100% “sellable” condition.


Returns for Refund

Are subject to a 20%, or $10.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all shipping charges incurred by us (this includes products that shipping was included in the total price).  If the product has been installed you may not be issued a refund or credit.  You must repackage the item in its original container with your receipt and our Return Authorization (R.A.) number.  You must ship your item prepaid as we cannot accept COD deliveries.  We recommend that you use USPS for shipment and you will not be reimbursed for any shipping charges.


Return Procedure

You Must Obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) number before returning any item(s).  E-mail or call (843) 725-8890 with the order number, stock number and the reason for the return, to obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) number.  Once you receive a R.A. number you may return the product, in the original packaging, properly packaged and with a copy of the original receipt.  After the product is received, verified and checked-out you will be credited according to the return policy.  To verify returns, you should obtain a tracking number from the carrier who you ship the item with.
